I admit I was hesitant at first not seeing any reviews but I noticed that the pictures were taken in someones backyard. For the price Iwas willing to take a chance so I am number one and I am very satisfied with the 11 ft umbrella. The shipment was very speedy also.

At first thought is was a very good item..Sturdy 1 7/8 ” dia. aluminum pole umbrella appears well built.. I received it expeditiously. so…Hope it lasts….Ive owned and use several patio umbrellas around my yard and pool../ OOps just like another reviewer.. with very little usage, (opened and lowered less than 4 times) the rope broke with both the first pole and the second one sent by Petra,rendering it usless. This is definitely a flaw in the product not misuse as the seller has suggested..Quite a shame because it could be a very nice umbrella..

After reading the other review, I purchased this umbrella and glad I did! It’s hard to find a good tilt and crank umbrella this size and in hunter green! Great quality and works great, too!

There is a metal ring at the top of the umbrella that is supposed to hold the umbrella ribs in place. The slightest breeze and the metal ring (not a closed loop) pulls out and the ribs pop out at the top of the umbrella. Poor design and poorly made. Also, no wind vent.

After only one week I have had to reinstall the retaining ring for the lower arms and the rope that controlls the crank has cut itself inside the umbrella tube twice! Not real impressed and I am usually a pretty forgiving critic.

I placed my order on May 20th and it took them until June 8th to get it in UPS ground. 19 DAYS. And even with that lag it’ll still be a few more until it reaches me. The local custom made places said they’d have it done in 3 weeks. NO EXCUSE for this vendor to take so long with something prefab.
I’ll update this review when/if I ever get the thing but for now I would not recommend buying from this seller if for no other reason than I could have gotten it by now anywhere else. They were very slow to respond to emails and their turnaround time was unacceptable.
